1. Custom Orders Policy
যেহেতু আমাদের সকল সাইনেজ বা বোর্ড গ্রাহকের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী কাস্টমাইজড ভাবে তৈরি করা হয়, তাই অর্ডার প্রসেস শুরু হওয়ার পর কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
Most of our products (LED Signs, Neon Boards, Nameplates) are custom-made to order. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the production has started based on your approved design.
2. Refund Eligibility
কাজ শুরু করার আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। তবে প্রোডাকশন শুরু হলে অগ্রিম টাকা অফেরতযোগ্য।
Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:
- If you cancel the order before we purchase materials or start the design process.
- If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal technical issues.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If the product is damaged during installation by our team or has a manufacturing defect:
- We will repair or replace the faulty part at no extra cost.
- You must report any visible damage within 24 hours of delivery/installation.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded or returned:
- Used or installed signage.
- Errors in text/design that were already approved by the client.
- Third-party materials (e.g., specific imported LED controllers).
5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
